Votre Barman is a specialist bar agency — not a general caterer and not a single freelance bartender. We design and run cocktail bars for two kinds of clients: companies, brands and agencies holding an event in France, and English-speaking couples and planners organising a wedding here. Our team is English-speaking, so your event can be discussed and decided in English from your first enquiry through to the day itself. Many of our clients plan the whole thing from outside France — and that is exactly how we are set up to work.
Every service is built around your event. Rather than a fixed menu, we put together a bespoke package from the options you actually need — the bar, the bartenders, the cocktails and the setup — and confirm it all in your quote.
Because we plan remotely, you don’t need to be in France to book us. We discuss your event by phone or email, coordinate directly with your venue and, where relevant, your planner or agency, and confirm every detail before the day. We check what each venue allows and build a solution that respects its rules. All quotes and billing are in euros (EUR).
Booking through an agency works differently from hiring one freelance bartender directly, and the difference matters most when your event does.
We operate across France. Most corporate events take place in Paris and the major French destinations, and for weddings we regularly work in regions such as Provence, the Côte d’Azur, the Loire, Burgundy, the Dordogne, Bordeaux and Normandy — wherever you choose to celebrate. We travel to where your event is being held; tell us your venue and we’ll confirm how we can cover it.
