It depends on your package and your venue. We can supply the drinks for your event, or you can provide them yourself — both work. Some venues require you to use their own alcohol or an in-house supplier, and where that’s the case we build around it. What’s included is set out clearly in your quote.
We can provide glassware as part of a tailored package. Whether it’s included depends on your setup and your venue’s arrangements, so it’s confirmed in your quote rather than assumed.
We can provide ice when it’s specified in your quote. As with drinks and glassware, it depends on your package and what your venue allows, so we agree it in advance.
Yes. A mobile bar is one of our options: we bring it to your venue and install it for the occasion. Add it to your package when you request your quote and we’ll confirm the details.
Yes. Our team is English-speaking, from your first enquiry through to service on the day, so every detail can be discussed and decided in English.
Yes. We organise the whole service remotely — by phone or email — and coordinate directly with your planner and your venue, so you can arrange everything from another country. All quotes and billing are in euros (EUR).
We operate across France. Corporate events are mostly in Paris and the major French destinations, and we travel to where your event is held. For weddings we regularly work in regions such as Provence, the Côte d’Azur, the Loire, Burgundy, the Dordogne, Bordeaux and Normandy. Tell us your venue and we’ll confirm how we can cover it.
Yes. We coordinate directly with your wedding planner and your venue, fit into your timeline and brief, and handle the bar so the rest of your day runs smoothly.
Yes, subject to the show’s and the venue’s rules. Many trade shows and venues have an official supplier or exclusivity arrangement; we check those rules in advance and build a compliant bar solution that respects them.
We recommend getting in touch as soon as your date and venue are set. Popular dates and destinations get booked up, so reaching out early gives us the most room to build the bar around your event.
Your quote is based on your venue, your guest count, the duration of your event and the services you select. Everything is bespoke and quoted in euros (EUR), so you only pay for what fits your event.
Yes, as an option. We can create signature cocktails with you to match your theme, brand or celebration — just add signature cocktail creation when you request your quote.
