Glassware, drinks, ice and equipment can be included when specified in your quote. Nothing is fixed by default: we start from your ideas rather than a standard template, so the bar suits the wedding you actually want.
A French wedding often unfolds over several moments, and we can cover as many as you like. The cocktail hour — what the French call the vin d’honneur, the drinks reception held after the ceremony while the couple has photographs taken — is where a good bar makes the strongest impression, with welcome drinks and signature cocktails served to your guests. Through the reception, an open bar keeps everyone looked after, and an evening bar takes the celebration into the night.
If your plans run beyond a single day, we can also serve the welcome party, the rehearsal dinner and the other gatherings of a full wedding weekend. Tell us how your celebration is structured and we’ll shape the bar around it.
You don’t need to be in France to book us. We handle the whole service remotely: we talk through your wedding by phone or email, coordinate directly with your wedding planner and your venue, and confirm every detail before the day. If you’re working with a planner or agency, we slot in alongside them — we adapt to the brief and timeline, liaise with the venue, and take the bar off their plate. All quotes and billing are in euros (EUR).
We work across France, travelling to wherever you’re celebrating. Couples marry all over the country, and we regularly serve weddings in regions such as Paris, Provence, the Côte d’Azur, the Loire, Burgundy, the Dordogne, Bordeaux and Normandy — from city receptions to vineyards, coastlines and countryside estates.
