Destination wedding bar service in France

Planning a wedding in France from another country? We set up and run the bar — booked remotely, coordinated with your planner and venue, and quoted in euros.

Maybe you’re an American or British couple marrying abroad, expats living elsewhere in Europe, or a wedding planner running an international celebration on your clients’ behalf. Wherever you’re organising from, Votre Barman is a French event-bar agency with an English-speaking team, and we handle the bar for your wedding in France.

Planning your bar from another country

Arranging a wedding bar across borders raises real questions. Here’s how we answer them, step by step.

  • We prepare the bar remotely. You don’t need to travel to France to organise it. We discuss your wedding by phone or email, work out what you need, and settle every detail before the day.
  • We work in English. From your first enquiry to the celebration itself, you deal with an English-speaking team — no translating your brief, no misunderstandings over what was agreed.
  • You’ll know exactly what’s provided. Every wedding is bespoke, so you choose what goes into your package: a cocktail bar, bartenders, a mobile bar, flair bartenders, cocktail workshops, and signature cocktails. Glassware, drinks, ice and equipment can be included when specified in your quote.
  • We coordinate with your planner and venue. We speak directly with your wedding planner and the venue, adapt to their timeline, and work to each venue’s requirements so the bar fits the rules and the running order.
  • We secure the booking. Once the details are agreed, we confirm the date and lock in the arrangements, so the bar is one thing you can stop worrying about.
  • We can cover a single day or a full wedding weekend. Whether it’s one cocktail hour or several events across a few days, we build the service to match.

A multi-day wedding

Destination weddings are rarely a single afternoon. If you’re bringing guests to France for a few days, the bar can run across the whole weekend — each part is an option you can add or leave out:

  • Welcome party — a relaxed first evening as your guests arrive, with a bar to gather everyone together.
  • Rehearsal dinner — a bar for the pre-wedding meal, tuned to the size and mood of the group.
  • Wedding day — a cocktail hour after the ceremony, then an evening bar to carry the celebration through the night.
  • Farewell brunch — a lighter bar to close the weekend before everyone heads home.

Pick the events you want covered, and we’ll shape one quote around them.

How booking from abroad works

The process is built for couples and planners who aren’t in France:

  1. Tell us about your wedding — your date, your region or venue, roughly how many guests, and which events you’d like a bar for.
  2. We discuss it in English — by phone or email, at a time that works across time zones.
  3. We coordinate with your planner and venue — checking the venue’s requirements and fitting the bar to the plan.
  4. You receive a bespoke quote in euros — every option itemised, so you can see exactly what’s included.
  5. We confirm and secure the booking — and handle the bar on the day.
