Bar service for trade shows and exhibitions in Paris

Cocktail bars and English-speaking bartenders for international exhibitors, brands and the agencies running events around Paris trade shows.

Paris is one of Europe’s busiest exhibition cities, and the days around a major show are often when the real business gets done — over a drink, not on the stand floor. Whether you are exhibiting at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris Nord Villepinte or Paris Le Bourget, or hosting clients near the Palais des Congrès, we build the drinks side of your event around the venue’s rules, your schedule and your brand. We work across Paris and at major exhibition destinations elsewhere in France.

Formats we run for exhibitors and organisers

  • Stand receptions — end-of-day apéritifs and “happy hour” moments on your stand, where the venue and the show permit bar service.
  • Hospitality suites — a staffed cocktail bar in a hotel suite or private meeting room near the exhibition centre, for briefings and client hospitality away from the noise of the hall.
  • Off-site receptions — evening events in a restaurant, private venue, rooftop or Seine boat, held away from the show floor and its constraints.
  • Networking cocktails — a mobile bar and bartenders to turn a delegate mixer or partner event into something guests remember.
  • Product presentations and launches — bar service timed around your demo, keynote or press moment.
  • Branded and signature cocktails — a menu built around your product, campaign or brand colours, with customised bar fronts and bartender outfits available.

Every event is quoted individually in euros — nothing is a fixed, off-the-shelf package.

English-speaking bartenders, working with your agency and venue

Our team is English-speaking, so your international guests, staff and press are looked after in a language they share. You can book from abroad and brief us remotely, and we coordinate directly with your event agency, stand builder and the venue’s operations team so the bar fits the wider plan rather than sitting outside it.

Trade-show logistics are unforgiving: fixed move-in and move-out windows, staff accreditation and access badges, tight load-in slots, and shared power and water on the hall floor. We plan around these details in advance and confirm what each site requires, so the bar is set up and cleared inside your allotted times. The earlier you involve us, the more room there is to secure the right format and the right space — capacity fills up quickly during the big salons.

Venue rules, official caterers and exclusivity

This is the part most first-time exhibitors underestimate. Many Paris exhibition centres, and the shows held inside them, set their own rules on catering and alcohol. Some require you to use an official or approved caterer or drinks supplier inside the halls, and exclusivity clauses can apply to food and beverage served on the stand. The rules vary by venue, by show and sometimes by individual hall.

Votre Barman checks and respects those rules. We do not bypass, undercut or work around a venue’s official or exclusive supplier. What we do is verify the constraints for your specific stand, show and dates, and then build a solution that is compliant with them. Where bar service on the stand is not permitted, that usually means moving the drinks moment to a hospitality suite or an off-site reception where we can operate freely — and we will tell you honestly which option is open to you before you commit to anything.

Plan your trade-show bar

Votre Barman is a niche event-bar service, and Paris trade-show season books up early. Tell us your show, venue, dates and rough guest numbers, and we’ll get back to you to discuss the right format for your event.
